It's our mission to unlock the global genius|to strengthen your culture

We make culture x innovation work

We started with a simple idea

That everybody should be able to shape collaboration successfully in order to make a valuable contribution to this world, now and in the future – and we’ve been rethinking making ideas contribute value ever since.

For idea generators, we’ve created a platform to cultivate ideas to powerful business solutions in a very short timeframe.

For innovators, we’ve created functionality to speed up collective learning, moulding solutions to disruptive value propositions.

For business growers we’ve created a platform to scale people, strategy, execution and cash.

All this founded in a scientifically proven, easy applicable on-line and off-line tools to build a unique organisational culture attractive to talents as well as potential customers!

Making ideas contribute value sounds simple – and should be. Somewhere along the way it got complicated. We’re working hard to make building value easy for everyone.

Our Leading Principles

Principle #01: GROW PEOPLE

Leading Principle #01:

GROW PEOPLE

If you want a harvest, grow a crop. If you want a harvest in 10 years, grow a tree. If you want a harvest for a life-time, grow PEOPLE. — chinese proverb

Organisations grow by helping their employees grow in human consciousness.

Principle #02: MEANINGFUL-VALUE-FOR-THE-CUSTOMER-OF-TOMORROW IS CORE

Leading Principle #02:

MEANINGFUL-VALUE-FOR-THE-CUSTOMER-OF-TOMORROW IS CORE

Today, it is meaningful-value-for-the-customer-of-today that pays the bills.
Tomorrow that is meaningful-value-for-the-customer-of-tomorrow.
When will tomorrow be?
— Erik van Wijk

The process to determine meaningful-value-for-the-customer-of-tomorrow is the most important process in any organisation to secure a thriving future.

Principle #03: WHAT YOU FORESEE IS WHAT YOU GET

Leading Principle #03:

WHAT YOU FORESEE IS WHAT YOU GET

Like an athlete, if you can picture yourself winning the race, you will increase your chances to realise the outcome you want.

People who believe that they can change the world already possess a long-term vision of change. The individuals who make a difference in the world are proactive at heart, linking thinking and doing. In other words, if you can imagine an improved future state, you can likely make it happen.

Principle #04: YOU CAN NOT PUT OFF TOMORROW

Principle #04:

YOU CAN NOT PUT OFF TOMORROW

Objects in the mirror are closer than they appear.

Procrastination does not stop the future from happening. Similar to the common phrase on a car’s sideview mirror: Objects in the mirror are closer than they appear.  The future takes time to build, and each day is an opportunity to reflect on and plan for the next day. By learning different methods of foresight and innovation strategy, you can enjoy more of the time you have today and also ensure a brighter tomorrow.

Principle #05: TO KNOW THE FUTURE, EXPERIMENT!

Principle #05:

TO KNOW THE FUTURE, EXPERIMENT!

Fail fast, fail forward!

For decades we have learned to build the business case before we request for funding. In essence we are forced to proof the future, before we are granted an investment. The only way to proceed is by learning what is the real deal in the new field that we want to explore. That is the real asset for company of tomorrow: know what drives customers. Fail fast, fail forward!

Principle #06: ORGANISATIONAL CULTURE = KEY TO PREDICTABLE SUCCESS

Principle #06:

ORGANISATIONAL CULTURE = KEY TO PREDICTABLE SUCCESS

There is compelling evidence that demonstrates the link between a healthy, high-performance culture and financial and other performance results. Creating a thriving, high-performance culture has a long-term, sustainable impact on performance, providing organizations with a distinct competitive advantage. When the total culture is addressed, it creates a better, more inclusive and thriving work environment, which translates into:

  •  better financial results
  •  more engaged, inspired, innovative and higher-performing employees
  •  more satisfied and loyal customers
  •  more top-line growth

Hans is a serial entrepreneur with a special interest in building a more sustainable world through renewable energies. He is very skilled in finding creative ways to bring an innovation to the market. He developed several Cradle to Cradle (C2C)-projects in UK, Germany, Italy, Spain and Bulgaria in which waste of a city is used for recycling and as biomass for energy production (heat and electricity). The electricity is distributed as green energy, while the heat energy is used in a large greenhouse complex to grow vegetables for the urban area, creating self sustaining loops. Within TheValueFactory Hans helps us innovating our business models on a continuous basis.
