An idea challenge is usually a three to five month collaborative process that focuses attention on a specific issue and creates space for your team(s) to contribute, refine and prototype solutions.

In the Ideas LAB you will learn to apply idea design principles systematically: at the tactical level (for instance, in daily team-work, thinking of becoming more efficient, being receptive to potential disruptions), as a managerial tool in interpersonal or team settings, and strategically (for instance, in planning and validating future business opportunities).
